SHIPPING – At Imperial Imprint, we do our best to complete and ship your order within the “Next Business Day” or ” within 24 Hours” refers to business days depending on the quantity of the order and applies to orders placed before 4:00 PM EST. Orders after 4:00 PM EST are treated as if placed the next business day. These shipping options only apply within the contiguous United States (48 States) and order place on pre-design T-shirts. If you create your own design, it may take us 3 business days (72hrs) to complete and ship your order. If order is placed for more than 12 t-shirts, it will take us longer (72hrs) to complete and ship your order. If you miss the production time and need your order to arrive sooner, we can offer to rush your order for an additional fee. If an order is needed sooner than my stated production/shipping time, you must message me prior to placing the order to discuss whether I am able to ship in time for it to arrive when you need it and whether rush fees will be required, otherwise, normal production/shipping times will apply. If I agree to ship your order in time for delivery by a certain date and you then leave a different date in the notes at checkout, your order will be shipped in time to arrive by the date we agreed upon, NOT the date you left at checkout.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns – Order cancellations will be granted ONLY if requested within 24 hours of placing the order, with the exception of rush orders, custom orders, and orders that we have already begun working on. After 24 hours have passed, all sales are final and there will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
